Building Confidence. Inspiring Action.
Kappa Delta is for life!
As you look back to your college days and remember why you joined Kappa Delta, and live each day striving for that which is Honorable, Beautiful and Highest; an Alumnae Chapter is a great way to stay connected to Kappa Delta and meet sisters in the community where you live.
Kappa Delta offers its alumnae never-ending opportunities for personal growth in a context of unfailing friendship, acceptance and encouragement. Whether you are new to town or want to reconnect with KD, our alumnae chapter offers many opportunities for personal development, networking, community service, and professional growth. We welcome all Kappa Deltas—no matter your age or chapter of initiation. Join us as we build confidence in one another and inspire action in the community!
The purpose of the Kappa Delta Greater Naperville Area Alumnae Chapter is to support Kappa Delta in general and offer members opportunities for community service, active leadership and responsible citizenship. While we all address many demands in daily life through careers, families, and volunteer activities; we have taken the time to rejoin our Kappa Delta Sisters to promote Kappa Delta’s values and objectives.
Our AC sisters cover a vast area, together for the good of Kappa Delta; from Naperville, Elmhurst, Lisle, Aurora, Oswego, Plainfield, & Lemont (to name a few). We hold our monthly events ~ 7pm (depending on the event) on various days of the week…we try to satisfy everyone’s busy schedules. Recent activities include: wine tastings, cookie exchanges, Feed My Starving Children, Ronald McDonald House, Women's Shelter donations, assembling goodies or supplying pizzas for U of I, Bradley University, & Northwestern collegians, and also the newly installed chapter at Loyola University Chicago, chili cook-offs, and various establishments to celebrate National Women’s Friendship Month and Founders Day. We would love to hear what great ideas you may have as well. We are also excited to expand our involvement by becoming involved with the Girl Scouts and submitting a KiD’s Grant for the Crisis Nursery in Urbana, IL. We want to do more to help others in need.
To receive the most of your alumnae experience we encourage ALL members to get involved! We can also match your strengths with a role in our AC. Browse the website to learn more about our activities and events. Then contact myself or one of our officers to get on our mailing list and find out how you can get involved.
We can’t wait to meet you !!!!!
Welcome and Love in AOT,
